The Transformed Sheep

Written story
Mulla bought a sheep at the market and tied it to a rope to lead it home. Along the way, a thief quietly untied the sheep, handed it to his buddy, tied the rope around his own neck, and crawled on all fours behind Mulla. When Mulla finally got home and turned around, he was shocked to see a young man at the end of the rope. The thief cried, "Please forgive me! I disrespected my mother, and she cursed me, turning me into a sheep. But because you are such a good and holy man, the curse was broken when you bought me!" Mulla’s heart went out to him. "It's okay, go on home. Just remember not to make your mother mad again!" The next day, Mulla was back at the market and saw his exact same sheep up for sale. He marched up, grabbed it by the ear, and yelled, "You idiot! What did you do to tick off your mother this time?!"
