Months later, during Ramadan, Mulla was caught eating lunch in broad daylight. The preacher scolded him, "Why aren't you fasting?" Mulla replied, "I followed your advice! I fasted for one day in Rajab. By your math, I have enough credit to skip this Ramadan and the next five after it!"
