To keep track of the thirty days of fasting during Ramadan, Mulla put thirty raisins in his pocket. Every night when he broke his fast, he ate one raisin. One day, his wife was doing laundry, found the raisins, and thought, Aw, I didn't know he liked raisins so much! She grabbed two massive handfuls of raisins from the pantry and stuffed them into his pocket. A few days later at the mosque, people asked, "Mulla, how many days are left until Eid (the holiday ending Ramadan)?" Mulla reached into his pocket, felt the massive pile of raisins, and nervously said, "Well... if we're going strictly by the raisin count, Eid is completely canceled this year."
