If God Wills
Mulla dropped off some fabric at a tailor to have a suit made. The tailor took his measurements and said, "God willing, it'll be ready in a week."
Mulla waited impatiently and showed up exactly a week later, but the suit wasn't ready.
"God willing, it'll be ready the day after tomorrow," the tailor said.
Mulla came back two days later. Still not ready.
"God willing, next Sunday!" the tailor promised.
Furious, Mulla slammed his hand on the counter. "Look, just tell me: if we leave God completely out of this, when will my suit actually be done?!"
