Mulla was walking down the street when he saw three boys fighting over a bag of walnuts. They asked Mulla to be the judge and divide the seven walnuts among them. "Do you want me to divide them God's way, or man's way?" Mulla asked. "God's way, obviously!" they said. Mulla handed five walnuts to the first boy, two to the second boy, and slapped the third boy in the back of the head. "What kind of division is that?!" they yelled. Mulla smiled. "If you look closely, that is exactly how God distributes his blessings among people! Justice and equality are not the same thing."
