Mulla was walking down an alley when a stranger walked up and slapped him hard across the face. Realizing he had mistaken Mulla for someone else, the stranger profusely apologized. But Mulla was furious and dragged the man to the judge. The judge ordered the man to pay Mulla one gold coin as a fine. The man said he had to go home to get the money. Mulla waited in the courtroom for hours, but the man never returned. Tired of waiting, Mulla stood up, walked over to the judge, slapped him hard across the face, and said, "I have errands to run. When that guy finally comes back with the coin, you can keep it as payment for that slap."
