The Bedwetter
Mulla was hosted overnight in a village. For dinner, they served him rich honey, fresh butter, and cream. Mulla ate until he was stuffed. Because he was tired, they let him sleep in the same room as the host's six-year-old son.
In the middle of the night, Mulla woke up needing to use the restroom in the courtyard. But every time he opened the door, a massive, vicious guard dog snarled and snapped at him. Terrified, Mulla retreated to the bedroom. Unable to hold it, he relieved himself in the six-year-old's bed.
The next morning, the host family saw the ruined bed and panicked. "Oh no! Our son has never wet the bed before! He must be terribly sick! We need to find a doctor!"
Mulla pulled the parents aside and said, "Listen, as long as you feed your guests honey and butter, and keep a bloodthirsty monster in your courtyard, don't expect your son's 'condition' to improve."
